I’m Dara Staggers, owner of Staggeringly Delicious.

I started baking about 12 years ago for friends and family and realized I was actually pretty good at it. I slowly started selling decorated cakes to my friends for their children’s birthdays. And then a few people I didn’t know ordered cakes. Then it just kept on coming and hasn’t stopped!!

I’m completely self taught and have watched so many videos on YouTube, read so many cook books and books about baking. I love creating new desserts and pastries and I’m always up for a challenge. I hate sleep, which works out perfectly because I barely get any with everything I have going on. I strive daily to keep pushing myself to do more and do better
